About Us
Welcome!
I will work with you to achieve your goals,
gain individualized coping skills & increase mental health wellness.
What is integrated counseling?
As each person’s issues are different and their counseling should be as unique as they are. Most counselors work within one school of training, or theoretical practice. I have experience integrating a variety of therapy techniques and approaches to assist clients in gaining mental health wellness.
Take Action
I work with clients to create unique approaches to address their needs. I believe that by integrating different theories and interventions it creates a treatment approach that is unique as the client. I have experience integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution focused therapy, with Art, dance and movement, and/or Eco therapy.
